I am a thirty year old survivor of diverse retreats healing body and soul, whether it’s meditating in silence for a week at Devon’s Gaia House, sleeping in a flotation tank for the launch cover of The Daily Telegraph’s RX magazine, or sampling Sedona as Quintessentially’s launch Well-being Editor. Recent outstanding retreats include one led by 2015 UN Paris Agreement architect Christiana Figueres for Climate Leaders, Radical Love by Satish Kumar, and mindfulness with Ruby Wax. In Daily Telegraph columns I wrote about training for a triathlon, heartbreak, IVF, and ectopics pregnancies, my own as well as those of celebrities including the Duchess of Edinburgh. I review retreats for The Global Retreat Company.
